Day one of the 2021 PRADA Cup began yesterday with the RR1 (Round Robin) and RR2 race. INEOS Team UK sailed to victory against American Magic in the first race of the day. Then again INEOS Team UK outsailed Luna Rossa PRADA Pirelli to win the second race.
The 2021 Prada Challenger's Trophy is a sailing competition to determine the challenger for the 2021 America's Cup. The races are being held from January 14th thru February 21st, 2021 in Auckland, New Zealand.
The 36th America’s Cup will see Emirates Team New Zealand attempt to defend the ‘Auld Mug’ against a fleet of exceptionally strong and well-resourced challengers in the new AC75 class sailboats in Auckland, New Zealand, from the 6th to the 21st of March 2021.
