Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina

Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for great food and a great atmosphere in Phoenix, AZ. I’ve visited two of their seven locations in the Phoenix Metro Area, and have always been impressed by their quality food and service.

Established in 1964 by Manuel and Alice Salazar, Manuel’s has been recognized with numerous restaurant awards for its quality food. They maintain this high quality by preparing everything from scratch on a daily basis, ensuring that every dish is fresh and bursting with flavor.

Delicious Delights: Exploring Manuel’s Extensive Menu

The menu at Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina is extensive, with something for everyone. Whether you’re in the mood for classic Mexican dishes like tacos and enchiladas, or more unique dishes like their Camarones a la Diabla (spicy shrimp), you won’t be disappointed. And don’t forget about their complete bar – they have a wide selection of beers, wines, and cocktails to complement your meal.

The restaurant is spacious with ample seating, and I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated. While facemasks are currently required due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, they offer takeout, curbside pickup, and catering services for those who prefer to dine at home.

Supporting the Community: Manuel’s Fundraising Program

In addition to their fantastic food and service, Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina also has a fundraising service they offer to local schools and organizations. This includes school sports teams, PTSA’s, student of the month activities, student councils, and drama clubs.

Overall, I highly recommend Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina for anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine in Phoenix, AZ. So why wait? Head over to one of their seven locations and see for yourself why they’ve been a local favorite for over 50 years!
