It’s $14/night, and you’re not getting much, but it’s worth it for the water supply, toilets and only 45 minutes to the ocean.

The campground and camping pads and clean. There’s a dumpster near the entrance to the camping loops. The vault toilets, although smelly, they get the job done.

Access is right off old CA-80, which runs parallel with I-8. The highway is relatively close, but the highway noise is barely noticeable.
