3 Hours | 25 ft Catalina | $400

An afternoon sailing on the San Diego bay on a 25 ft Catalina.

1 Day | 28 ft Columbia | Fishing | $400

One day of fishing on the Chesapeake.  Arrive in the morning and enjoy breakfast on a private beach watching the sunrise.  Fish until afternoon and return for a Fish Fry on the pavilion.  Finish the day with S’mores on the beach for sunset.

Target Market: Father and sons looking for a fishing trip.  They will be adventurous and seek outdoor activities.

2 Days | 36 ft Hunter | $2000

Flowers, Chocolate, Wine, Stuffed Teddy Bears and Lingerie and fine but there is nothing like a cruise on the Love Boat to start a fire. 

This is a 2 day trip. You sail to Catalina Island on a 36 foot Hunter Sailboat. You start in Los Angeles California on Friday morning and sail to Catalina Island.  Explore the Island and it’s many wonders on Friday and  Saturday.  Return to Los Angeles on Sunday.

Target Market are couples for Valentine’s Day, Anniversaries, Engagements, Weekend Getaways and dates can be extended for Honeymoons.  

7 Days | 28 ft Columbia | Private beach, pool and showers | $2000

Take a week long vacation starting at the private marina at Flag Harbor.  Spend Wednesday and Thursday lounging at the pool, BBQs at the pavilions, and drinking margaritas around a campfire on the beach at night.  Friday morning you will set sail for Rock Harbor and the big parties on the docks at night.  Explore the village of Rock Harbor on Saturday and party again after the sun goes down.  You sail back to Flag Harbor Sunday ending your 5 day Chesapeake Bay holiday.

Target Market are young 1 to 3 person families or groups with disposable income.  They will be adventurous and seek outdoor activities.

5 Days | 36 ft Hunter | Music Fest | Pirates | $6000

This is a 5 day trip the first week of October 2018.  You sail to Catalina Island in comfort and safety aboard a 36 foot Hunter Sailboat. The adventure starts in San Diego California on Thursday morning and you sail to Catalina Island.  Use your All Access Passes to Buccaneers Music Fest on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and take time to explore the Island with it’s many wonders.  Sail back to San Diego on Monday.

Target Market: Upper Middle Class families of 4 or less who want an adventure like no other.

10 Days | 28 ft Columbia | 5 Coves | $3000

Starting in the pirate cove Flag harbor you embark on a 10 day adventure around the Chesapeake Bay.  Your ship is a 27 foot Columbia sailboat called the Defiant and this adventure is living primitive style.   

1. Anchorage: Northeast Whitehall Bay – Sharps Cove
2. Anchorage: Bohemia River – Veazey Cove
3. Anchorage: C&D Canal – Chesapeake City
4. Anchorage: Hart-Miller Island – Hawk Cove
5. Anchorage: Tilghman Creek – Dead Man’s Cove

This package has a max capacity of two people.

4 Weeks | 36 ft Hunter | Boat race | 12 Harbor Bars | $10,000 per person

Using two identical Hunter 36 sailboats you race from San Diego to  San Francisco in a nonstop drag race.  After celebrating in San Francisco for a few days you will start your 12 harbor Rum Run home.  It’s extreme bar hopping.  You stop in 12 ports with 2 days at each port until you arrive back in San Diego.

Target market: Wealthy students at attending Southern California’s Colleges and Universities.

4 Weeks | 28 ft Columbia | Great Dismal Swamp | $5000

Starting in Flag Harbor you embark on a 3 week journey to the center of the Great Dismal Swamp in Virginia.  Your ship is a 27 foot Columbia sailboat called the Defiant and this adventure is living primitive style.    You eat any fish or crabs that you catch., cooking duties are shared.  You will only stop at marinas for an emergencies and supplies.  As you sail down the Chesapeake Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway canals and rivers to the Great Dismal Swamp, you will anchor every night. This is a single person package.
